01 Website & Account Use

You must be legally able to enter into an agreement where you live. You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity performed through your account. Information you provide to us should be accurate, current, and complete.

02 Products, Colors & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display products, artwork, garment colors, ink colors, descriptions, and other details accurately. Actual colors and appearance can vary by screen, garment, material, production method, and lighting. Product availability, pricing, specifications, and offerings may change without notice.

03 Custom Work & Customer Artwork

When you submit artwork, logos, names, photographs, or other content for custom work, you represent that you have the right or permission to use that material. We may decline work that appears to violate another party’s rights, applicable law, or our business standards.

For custom orders, final appearance may include reasonable production variations in placement, sizing, color, garment characteristics, or print results.

04 Orders, Pricing & Payment

We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability, production limitations, or payment issues. You agree to use only payment methods you are authorized to use. Online payments are processed through Stripe.

05 Production, Shipping & Delivery

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise in writing. Custom work may require additional production time. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, customs, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Shipping and pickup are also subject to our Shipping Policy.

06 Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Custom or personalized items may be subject to different return restrictions because they are made specifically for the customer.

07 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, LoneStarInk™ branding, website graphics, original artwork, text, photographs, designs, code, and other site content are owned by or licensed to LoneStarInk LLC and may not be copied, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without permission.

08 Prohibited Activity

You may not use the site to break the law, infringe another party’s rights, submit malicious code, scrape or attack the site, bypass security controls, interfere with other users, commit fraud, or engage in abusive activity. We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the website or its users.

09 Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, or other platforms. Those third parties operate under their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent services or practices.

10 Service Availability & Liability

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, LoneStarInk LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising solely from use of the website or services.

11 Governing Law & Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without limiting any consumer rights or protections that cannot legally be waived. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will be posted on this page with the date of the latest revision.
